Vendor Management
AdMor Group assists with identifying vendor solutions that will lower servicing and operational cost while improving service levels. We take pride in working with clients to analyze the best solution and working with the vendor to provide full implementation. AdMor Group remains impartial with service related vendors and remains totally unbiased in the vendor selection process. If an alliance arrangement has been established with any vendor being considered, the relationship will be fully disclosed to the client.
Services include:
- Analysis of internal processes resulting in a proposed solution (internal versus outsource) based on service level, performance and cost.
- Recommendation of new service providers that deliver activities previously not available and serve as enablers to help meet corporate initiatives.
- Assist clients in new system installation planning and support
- Assist clients with the development and negotiation of vendor contracts.
