- Determine current system deficiencies.
- Define clients system needs, priorities and desires.
- Determine the portfolio characteristics.
- Define operational environment such as service bureau versus internal processing.
- Define weighting priorities based on client requirements.
- Provide RFP’s to service providers, analyze results, prepare proposal.
- Assist with system contracts.
