GAP Analysis Caste Study #1

Objective:

Contracted by client to perform a GAP analysis for their proprietary loan servicing system designed to provide unique servicing support for a sub-prime lender. Primary objective was to find significant strengths and weeknesses as compared to other cutting edge servicing systems in use today.

Solution:

Compared system functionality with that of a widely used servicing system to identify the missing functionality as well as outlining superior functionality. The report results were intended to strengthen the proprietary system so it could market against nationally used servicing systems.

Results:

The report conclusively provided the pros and cons for the proprietary system to allow the GAPS to be rectified. The system has subsequently been successfully marketed on several occasions and is now operating in a service bureau environment.
