GAP Analysis

Such an engagement can produce a stronger internal system or determine if another system could better meet the client’s needs. Often, such a review consists of comparing the current system to another system.
Other types of GAP analysis include evaluating sub systems, vendor systems or internal processes where other solutions might be available that need to be compared in order to determine which solution is most effective for the clients needs.
