Ancillary Fees
AdMor Group performs analysis of client’s ancillary fee income and compares the results to industry practices, both in the amounts assessed and percentages being collected. This has often increased revenue streams without changing fee amounts but rather by simply using a more effective approach to collection. AdMor Group staff is experienced in identifying where fees can more easily be obtained without negatively impacting customer call volumes and by segmenting fees so as not to affect the mortgage company or its parent’s “high value” customers.
AdMor Group maintains an up to date data base of ancillary fees used by numerous mortgage servicers. The anonymity of the survey participants is always protected. Ancillary fee related opportunities represents approximately 50% to 60% of the benefit derived in a typical profit improvement engagement.
