Interim Management

AdMor Group managing partners have served as loan administration administrators and are qualified to provide interim management support while permanent management is hired and transitioned into the position.

Mr. Carrigan provides strong support in general operations and personnel management with emphasis in all aspects of servicing, post closing and technology). Mr. Atkins spent his career with special emphasis in mortgage servicing administration and related operations. Both have had significant experience in working with merger related organizations and many of the challenges related to mergers and/or acquisitions. This includes transitioning employees resulting from servicing close downs.

Services include:

  • Manage overall servicing operation while locating and transitioning replacement.
  • Provide departmental oversight while locating and transitioning replacement.
  • Provide IT support while locating and transitioning replacement.
  • Manage acquired servicing operation until transition to acquiring servicing platform and/or assist with shut down or other transition of old platform.
