AdMor Group offers a full range of support in assisting with the acquisition of entire mortgage servicing platforms or simply acquiring servicing portfolios. The support may include assisting with broker negotiations, pricing the acquisition and/or managing an operation until the loans are transitioned to the new servicing platform. We also have experience in performing due diligence, data mapping and managing all aspects of loan transfers. The managing partners have been active in buying and selling mortgage operations and servicing portfolios since the early 1970’s and have specific credentials that will add value to any aspect of the mergers and acquisitions process.
Services include:
- Pricing of servicing portfolios using proprietary modeling.
- Perform due diligence reviews to ascertain risks within portfolios or mortgage servicing platforms.
- Provide assistance in negotiating price with brokers.
- Advise on purchase/sale agreement and bid letter to ensure a well executed transfer with no hidden problems.
- Assist with or provide data mapping service.
- Manage the transition of platforms being shut down to include personnel management and transition of work to surviving platform.
- Follow-up after loan transfers to manage the trailing issues and assist transitioning the trailing issues into the active servicing platform.
