Loan Audit Support
AdMor Group provides support to loan servicers with ARM related problems that require experienced staff to review loan documents and correct data fields within various loan servicing systems. The staff has experience in performing ARM audits following loan transfers wherein data mapping or the records of the previous servicer were inaccurate or not mapped properly. AdMor Group has provided cost effective reviews using a proprietary data base that maintains the changes for historical reference.
Services include:
- Prioritize work by analyzing loans at risk for upcoming ARM change and other attributes with greatest potential risk.
- Compare loan document data to systems data to verify accuracy of acquired or recently boarded loans.
- Modify systems data to correct system of record by automating, as much as possible, transactions for upload to the servicing system using proprietary database and technology tools. All other modifications are performed by annual data entry.
- Document action taken at loan level on the servicing system to enhance communication throughout the organization.
- Maintain proprietary access data base of changes and/or actions taken.
- Determine restitution amounts if applicable.
- Deliver interim and final report highlighting the project completion status and classification by number and type of items found during the project. This report can be very helpful for historical reference.
